Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are based on the parcel weight:

• Up to 1 KG: Rs. 300
• Up to 2 KG: Rs. 450
• Every additional 1 KG: + Rs. 150

Example:
1 KG = Rs. 300
2 KG = Rs. 450
3 KG = Rs. 600
4 KG = Rs. 750

Why Are Shipping Charges Higher?

Our shipping charges are not our company’s own charges. These charges are paid to a third-party courier/delivery company.

The delivery service includes:

• Professional parcel packing and handling
• Parcel tracking
• Delivery management
• Time-saving courier service
• Door-to-door delivery

We use third-party courier services to save your time and provide convenient, trackable delivery.

COD Orders & Taxes

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, applicable taxes and charges are already included in the delivery cost, including:

• Sales Tax
• Income Tax
• Applicable courier/COD charges
• Other applicable delivery-related charges

There are no separate COD tax charges added to the customer after the shipping cost has been calculated.

Note: Shipping charges may vary if the parcel weight or courier service requirements change.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

once you place your order, we follow a simple process:

Day 1: Order confirmation, verification, and packing.
Next Working Day: Your parcel is dispatched to the delivery/courier company.

Delivery Time

• Karachi to Karachi: 1–2 working days
• Out of Karachi: Maximum 3–5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Weather & Road Conditions

Due to ongoing heavy rainfall, deliveries may experience delays. Deliveries may also be affected by road closures, traffic conditions, or other weather-related issues.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during such situations. Our team and delivery partners will do their best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We offer a 1-day checking guarantee on our products. Please check your product within 24 hours of receiving your order and report any issue during this period.
